Location: 4-10 Fisher St, Silverwater NSW 2128.
Pickup by Appointment Only: Please wait for our pickup-ready confirmation email before coming to collect — we may not be able to release your order without it.
Changing Your Pickup Time: You can reschedule or cancel online up until two days before your pick-up date. After that — including on the pick-up day itself — online changes close, as we may already be preparing your order. For a late change, please call us on (02) 7804 4588.
Hold Period: Once we send you the pickup-ready confirmation email, you have 30 days of free storage.
Storage Fees: After 30 days, storage is charged at $25 per pallet per week. If your order is still not collected after 60 days, it will be automatically cancelled — see our Unclaimed Order Policy.
