[Trade FAQ](https://help.tilemall.com.au/knowledge/trade-enquiries#trade-faq) # How to Use Your Tilemall Trade Account ## Tilemall Trade gives you access to your personalised trade pricing and account, so you can browse, sample, and order online at any time. ## Welcome to Tilemall Trade Your Trade account brings your company pricing and project orders together in one place. Once your account is approved and your email is linked to your company, you can sign in, request samples and order online. ## 1. Sign in with your company-linked email Go to [tilemall.com.au](https://tilemall.com.au) and select **Log in**. Enter the email address linked to your Trade company account. We'll send a one-time sign-in code to that address; you don't need a password. If your email is linked to more than one company location, choose the location you're buying for before you shop. If you can sign in but can't see your company or expected Trade pricing, contact us before placing an order. Your account details will differ.* ## 2. Check your trade pricing When you're signed in under the correct company location, your assigned Trade prices appear for eligible products in your company's catalogue and at checkout. There's no Trade discount code to enter. Prices and available products depend on your company's current account level. Some products may also have quantity-based pricing. If a product shows **Volume pricing available**, open the pricing details to check the quantity breaks and per-unit price. On a phone or tablet, tap the pricing information rather than trying to hover. Open Volume pricing available to compare the quantity breaks and prices per box and per m². These amounts are an example and can change; confirm your applicable price and total at checkout.* ## 3. Request samples before a full order On an eligible product page, select **Get a sample** (or the sample option shown for that product). Review your selections in the **Samples basket**, then select **Checkout samples**. Tile samples and bathroomware colour sample plates are subject to availability and the limits on our [Sample Service page](https://tilemall.com.au/pages/sample). Eligible Trade/B2B sample-only orders are offered free sample delivery. The sample basket may show a general delivery estimate; **check the final delivery charge at checkout before placing your order**. If a fee appears unexpectedly, contact us so we can check your company eligibility. Standard goods orders and orders mixing samples with other products may have a delivery charge. Place and follow a trade order Add the products you need, then check the company location, quantities, delivery or pickup option, and total before placing the order. The payment options shown at checkout depend on the terms approved for your company. After ordering, use your account's order history to follow your purchase.
