Unclaimed Order Policy

Once we send you a pickup-ready confirmation email, you have 30 days of free storage. After 30 days, storage is charged at $25 per pallet per week. Any order not picked up within 60 days after the selected dispatch date will be automatically cancelled. Please note that no refund will be issued for cancelled Special Order or Made-to-Order unclaimed orders. We recommend customers track their shipment and arrange for pickup promptly.
