[Warehouse Pickup](https://help.tilemall.com.au/knowledge/delivery-and-shipping-services#warehouse-pickup) # Unclaimed Order Policy For warehouse pick-up orders, Free storage is available for 30 calendar days starting on the later of (a) your originally selected dispatch date and (b) the date your order is ready for collection and Tilemall has notified you that it is ready. Confirming or rescheduling your collection time does not restart or extend this period. Time before your order is ready and you have been notified does not count towards the free storage period. After the free storage period, a fee of AUD 25 per pallet per week (or part thereof) may apply. We will notify you before adding a storage charge. Orders not collected within 60 calendar days of the same start date will be automatically cancelled. Special Order and Made-to-Order items remain subject to the special-order conditions on our [Shipping page](https://tilemall.com.au/pages/shipping). Those conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if goods are faulty or not as described.
