What is V-Rating (Variation of tiles)?

Tiles are categorised using a V-rating scale from V0 to V4. Tiles rated V0 have a consistent appearance, while those rated V4 show significant variations in tone, colour, and pattern. It is recommended to carefully plan the layout of tiles with a V3 rating or higher before installation to ensure that the pattern variations contribute positively to the desired final look. Proper planning is crucial for achieving the best results with tiles that feature noticeable variations.

Because this variation is a normal characteristic and not a defect, we recommend ordering 10 to 15 percent extra as a buffer, and we can't accept a return based solely on colour or batch variation — a genuine quality issue is assessed separately and doesn't affect this.
