Is it possible for me to collect the products myself?

For small orders (under 100kg):

You are welcome to collect your items from our Sydney Silverwater Warehouse (4-10 Fisher St, Silverwater, NSW 2128). Please provide your contact details and one of our consultants will be in touch to schedule a convenient pick-up time:

• If today is a weekday: A consultant will call you tomorrow.
• If today is a weekend: A consultant will contact you on Monday.

 

For bulk orders (more than 100kg):

Our warehouse collection hours are:

• Monday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (AEST)

 Please reply with your preferred collection date and time, and we will confirm your booking.
