Is it possible to use the same tiles on both floors and walls?

Some tiles can be used on both floors and walls, but suitability must be checked for the exact product and installation.

Do not use a wall-only tile on a floor. Floor applications need the appropriate strength, wear suitability and slip resistance for the intended area. A ceramic or porcelain label alone does not establish suitability for a wet or outdoor floor.

For wall use, your installer must also check tile weight, the wall substrate and the fixing system. A floor-rated tile is not automatically suitable for every wall.
