For warehouse pickup orders, we offer 30 calendar days of free holding from your confirmed pickup time. If no pickup time has been confirmed, the period starts from your originally selected dispatch date. After the free period, storage charges of $25 per pallet per week or part thereof may apply; we will notify you before charging. Orders unclaimed after 60 days from the same reference date are subject to automatic cancellation under our Unclaimed Order Policy.
