Is it possible for the delivery driver to leave my order inside my residence if I'm not at home?

The logistics drivers are not permitted to enter a customer's premises unless the customer or a representative is present. They cannot use a key or access code to enter the property.

If you're unable to be home during delivery, we can leave the items in a secure location. However, if there's no safe spot available or if Authority to Leave (ATL) has not been approved by you, the delivery will need to be rescheduled for a time when you are available.

Be aware, however, that redelivery may result in an extra delivery charge.
