Are products covered by a warranty?

All products available at The Tilemall come with warranties and after-sales support. As long as the installation is done by a properly licensed tradesperson, any product defects will be promptly addressed.

If you need assistance with a warranty claim, you can reach out to us, and we will facilitate the process with the supplier's after-sales support. 

Please note that none of the above limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a genuine major quality issue, you're entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of any supplier or brand warranty process, and our team will never tell you that your ACL rights don't apply.
