How can I check if a product is in stock? Are items continuously available?
Most of our tile products display the actual quantity available, while other items are labelled as "in stock." However, sometimes products listed on our website may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. In such instances, we diligently work to replenish the stock, or our customer experience team will reach out to you with options such as:
- Issuing a refund for the unavailable item.
- Offering a replacement with a similar product, contingent upon your approval and our mutual agreement.
