      How to determine the quantity of tiles required for your project?

      How to Calculate the Number of Tiles Needed

      Tools Required:

      • Measuring tape
      • Pen and paper

      Steps:

      1. Measure the Area:

        • For Walls: Record the width and height in meters.
        • For Floors: Note the length and width in meters.

      2. Calculate the Area:

        • Multiply the length by the width to determine the square meters (e.g., Wall: 2.7m x 3m = 8.1 sqm).

      3. Ordering Tiles:

        • Visit the All Tiles page on the Tilemall website.
        • Select and add the required square meterage to your cart.

      Additional Tip: Tilemall provides a 10% tick-box option to include in your order, accounting for potential waste and breakage. This ensures you have enough tiles, especially important if batch variations necessitate ordering more tiles later. Note that areas with irregular shapes or the use of large-format tiles may result in a greater amount of waste.
