What should be done if the delivered products are not the ones ordered or damaged?
Upon receiving your order, the first step is to verify that it matches what you ordered and to check for any damaged tiles or items. If you find any discrepancies or damage, contact us immediately at (02) 96381032. Please do this within 48 hours and have your order number handy. We will request photos of the damaged or incorrect tiles to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
