What can I anticipate following the placement of my order?

In most situations, once your order has completed the checkout process, it cannot be altered. Depending on the processing stage in our warehouse, we may be able to assist you, but please be aware that a restocking fee will be charged. For support, please reach out to our team.

For custom items and products that are made to order, production begins 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, we cannot make changes to the order. We advise thoroughly reviewing your specifications before finalising your purchase.
