What should I include in my enquiry?

• Order questions: include your order number and a brief description of what you need help with.
• Product questions: include the product link or SKU, and the size, colour or finish you are considering.
• Damaged or incorrect items: include your order number, a short description and clear photos of the items, packaging and labels.
