What to Expect When Ordering Samples

We believe the best way to choose your perfect tile is to see and feel it in your own space. Our sample service is designed to help you make that decision with confidence.

 

📦Sample Size & Packaging

What You Will Receive: Handy Cut Pieces

Please note that our samples are Handy cut pieces (typically approx. 100x100mm or similar size), not full-size tiles. They are designed to give you a tangible reference for the material, finish, and thickness of the product in your own space.

🔍Can't Find a Sample Online?

If you love a specific tile on our website but cannot find a "Order Sample" button:

  1. Add your other selected samples to the cart.

  2. In the "Order Notes" at checkout, write down the name or SKU of the missing tile you would like to see.

  3. We will do our best to include it in your box. If we strictly do not have stock available, our team will contact you promptly.

Need a specific size?

If you require a larger piece or a specific size, please leave a request in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. We will review your request and contact you directly to discuss arrangements.

 

⚠️  Understanding Variation

*Tiles are natural or manufactured products that feature inherent variations. A small cut sample serves as a general guide for colour and texture but cannot capture the full range of pattern or shade variation (especially for V3/V4 rated tiles).

*Tip: For a comprehensive view of the pattern, we strongly recommend checking the detailed scene images on our product pages

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery: Sent via Australia Post, generally arriving in 3–5 business days.

  • Cost: A $15 shipping fee applies (max. 5 samples per type).

  • Rebate: This fee is 100% credited back to you on any future tile order over $99 (excl. GST).

Samples are the best way to verify the surface texture and see how the glaze reacts to your home’s unique lighting.
