Experience It First: Ordering Samples

We believe the best way to choose your perfect tile is to see and feel it in your own space. Our sample service is designed to help you make that decision with confidence.

📦Sample Sizes & Packaging

To ensure safe packing and convenient delivery, our samples are provided in practical cut sizes:

  • Large format tiles → supplied as 100 × 100 mm cut samples

  • Small tiles → provided in a size suitable for our sample box

  • Mosaic tiles → supplied as small mosaic sheet cuts

Need a specific size?

If you require a larger piece or a specific size, please leave a request in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. We will review your request and contact you directly to discuss arrangements.

 

🔍Can't Find a Sample Online?

If you love a specific tile on our website but cannot find a "Order Sample" button:

  1. Add your other selected samples to the cart.

  2. In the "Order Notes" at checkout, write down the name or SKU of the missing tile you would like to see.

  3. We will do our best to include it in your box. If we strictly do not have stock available, our team will contact you promptly.
