🛒 How to Apply a Coupon

Follow these steps during checkout:

1. Add your selected products to your cart.

2. Click Checkout.

3. In the checkout section, locate the field labeled “Discount code” or “Coupon code.”

4. Enter your coupon code and click Apply.

5. The discount will automatically update in your order summary.

6. Continue to payment and complete your order.

📩 About the SP30 Coupon (Newsletter Subscription)

• The SP30 coupon is issued exclusively through our email newsletter subscription.
  When you subscribe, you will receive an email containing your unique SP30 coupon code.

• The SP30 coupon can only be used once per customer.

• This coupon can be used together with other promotions, unless stated otherwise.

• A minimum spend of $500 (excluding GST) is required to use the SP30 code.

⚠️ Important Notes Before You Place an Order

1. Coupons must be applied during checkout

• Coupons cannot be added after an order has been placed.

• We do not accept requests in the order notes asking to apply a coupon or refund the discount amount.

2. Minimum order amount applies

• For SP30, your order subtotal must be $500 or more (excluding GST).

3. General coupon terms

• Coupons may have expiry dates.

• Some coupons may not apply to sale or clearance items.

• Only one coupon code may be entered per order unless otherwise specified.

• Coupons are valid for online purchases only.

💡 Example

If you subscribed to our newsletter and received the SP30 code, simply enter it at checkout.
Once your order reaches $500 (ex GST), the $30 discount will be applied automatically.
